Our Process

  1. Please reach out to me via my Contact Page, so we can talk about your goals and vision for your new diamond, gemstone or piece of jewelry.  You explain your budget, style, size, desired quality of stones and materials.
  2. I will find you 3-4 options that meet your desired criteria.  I will provide pictures, video (if available) details including the GIA or IGI certificate, and a pricing.  You will have 24 hours to respond with questions, comments and pick an option for me to source for you.
  3. I will send you an invoice for the cost of the item (through my Shopify Website or Paypal, paid via Stripe Payments).  Higher priced items and larger carat weight stones may require a higher deposit. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice. 
  4. Once you have paid the invoice, then I will purchase your item and have it shipped directly to me for quality check purposes.  If your invoice is not paid within 24 hours, there is no guarantee I will be able to source your desired stone.  These stones are in very high demand and once we decide on a stone, we need to move fast!  If you are creating a custom piece, then we work together every step of the way to make sure its perfect!
  5. If your desired item becomes unavailable before we can secure it, then you will have multiple other options to choose from and 100% of your funds paid will either be applied to the next stone or refunded to you.
  6. Once I have received your item and conducted quality checks, I will send you pics, video, the grading certificates for you to see it prior to shipping.
  7. I ship all of my items via USPS Priority Mail Insured with an adult signature required for receipt.
  8. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks if I am simply sourcing an item for you.  4-6 if we are creating a custom piece.  Some wholesalers take a bit longer due to US Customs requirements.  If I can source you an item from a US Supplier for quicker delivery at the same price, I will always opt for that.
