Virtue Diamonds, LLC is committed to providing a seamless, exciting and transparent process for our clients.  Our goal is to have only good surprises for our clients.  Our return policy is designed to protect you, the client, and Virtue Diamonds while ensuring that we are on the same page and understand expectations.

Loose Stone Sourcing Fee Refund Policy

Once I have pulled diamond/gemstone options for you to view, I will require the sourcing fee to be paid to continue to work on sourcing additional options if you have rejected all of the previous options.  This fee will be non-refundable.  Once this fee is paid, you will only need to pay for the actual cost of the stone once we have identified the option you want me to source for you.  The reason for this is that it takes a lot of time and care to research diamond and jewelry options for you.  I want to make sure that I can provide the best service available.

Loose Stone Purchasing Process & Refund/Exchange Policy

Once we have agreed on a stone or piece, I have sourced it for you and shipped it to you, all sales become final.  Because we are sourcing high-value goods, no FULL refunds can be accepted.  Remember, if you've had a diamond shipped to you, we have been through multiple rounds of approval on this stone (including several pics and videos).  If you choose to return a stone, you will receive a refund less the sourcing fee as a credit towards a new stone.  We also must charge a $50 restocking fee, as I will be charged this fee from the wholesaler to send the diamond back to them.  Shipping the stone back to me for return will be the customer's responsibility.

If you purchase a piece of jewelry from my In-House inventory, these are eligible for full return.  Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the stone or piece of jewelry.  Any returns must be accompanied by all paperwork, certificates and packaging.

Custom Created Pieces - Refund Policy

While we do not offer an official warranty like many retail jewelers, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we create.  Each piece we make is created carefully just for you, and if you ever have an issue that is due to our craftsmanship, we will 100% take care of it for you.
When you choose to have Virtue Diamonds build you a custom piece, you’ve already saved significantly on your custom piece of jewelry.  We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible.  Your choice to work with us leaves room in your budget for ongoing care, such as cleanings, prong checks, and future resizing.
Because fine jewelry is meant to be worn and loved every day, we recommend building a relationship with a trusted local jeweler who can help with regular inspections, maintenance, and adjustments over time. This ensures your jewelry stays in beautiful condition for years to come.

We also highly recommend insuring your jewelry once you receive it to protect your investment against loss, theft, or accidental damage.
