Terms of Our Exceptional Service

Virtue Diamonds, LLC is committed to providing a seamless, exciting and transparent process for our clients.  Our goal is to have only good surprises for our clients.  Our return policy is designed to protect you, the client, and Virtue Diamonds while ensuring that we are on the same page and understand expectations.

Sourcing Fee Refund Policy

Once I have pulled options for you to view, I will require the sourcing fee to be paid to continue to work on sourcing additional options if you have rejected all of the previous options.  This fee will be non-refundable.  Once this fee is paid, you will only need to pay for the actual cost of the stone once we have identified the option you want me to source for you.  The reason for this is that it takes a lot of time and care to research diamond and jewelry options for you.  I want to make sure that I can provide the best service available.

Diamond Purchase

Once we have agreed on a stone or piece, I have sourced it for you and shipped it to you, all sales become final.  Because we are sourcing high-value goods, no FULL refunds can be accepted.  Remember, if you've had a diamond shipped to you, we have been through multiple rounds of approval on this stone (including several pics and videos).  If you choose to return a stone, you will receive a refund less the sourcing fee as a credit towards a new stone.  We also must charge a $50 restocking fee, as I will be charged this fee from the wholesaler to send the diamond back to them.  Shipping the stone back to me for return will be the customer's responsibility.

If you purchase a stone or already-set jewelry from my online inventory, these are eligible for full return.  Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the stone or piece of jewelry.
